Every app is in beta. Help us shape it.

Software that works with a screen reader.

Voxcess builds apps for people who don't read with their eyes. Not stripped down versions of mainstream software. Real apps, designed from the keyboard out, tested with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack before anything else.

What accessibility-first means here

Screen reader first

Every button, dialog and status update is announced. We test on real readers, not just audits.

Keyboard everywhere

Tab order is deliberate. Shortcuts are documented. No mouse required.

No second-class mode

There is no separate accessible view. The app you get is the accessible app.

Designed to be learnt

Plain language, calm screens, predictable flows. Less to memorise.

Where we are right now

The catalogue is small on purpose. Every app on Voxcess is in beta. We are working with testers, listening to what they tell us, and shaping the apps around what is actually useful.

If you want to help shape an app, sign up and try one. Tell us what works and what does not. That is the most useful thing you can do at this stage.

Why this exists

Most software is technically accessible and still painful to use. Closing that gap, app by app, is the entire point of Voxcess.

Take a look

The list is short for now. More apps are on the way.
